A press release issued by Polytechnic Students has called the report published by Greater Kashmir on Polytechnic’s as “poorly researched”.

The press release states that” The report published on Greater Kashmir about Polytechnics looks more propaganda to us, the story is completely based on diversions, the comments made by officials are highly regrettable, blaming teachers for your incompetence is just distortion of facts and organized propaganda.”

Further, the press release has aggressively called the State Board of Technical education as “a business that runs on blood and sweat of students”.

Students have also requested the media houses to visit them to know facts.

The Complete Press Release is as;

“The report published on Greater Kashmir about Polytechnics looks more propaganda to us, the story is completely based on diversions, the comments made by officials are highly regrettable, blaming teachers for your incompetence is just distortion of facts and organized propaganda.
The Director and officials are much aware of the fact that it is technical board to blame not the teachers and students. The students work very hard in the examination and still are failed in their subjects.
Further, the officials have said that we will look into the issue which is another lie, they will never. The officials of technical education are entirely arrogant and never listen to students.
Students are trying their best to reach out to higher authorities but are currently not able to. The students have enough proof to prove that the technical board is just another disaster for Kashmir which needs to close its business of arrogance and blunders as soon as possible, the technical board is running a business that runs on the blood and sweat of students.
The officials who have blamed it on the “Previous poor record” of students should be counselled appropriately as they are not fit for the job.
We were expecting a good and reasonable report from Greater Kashmir and the Journalist considering their previous records of great journalism, we would request Greater Kashmir and other media houses to talk with us on the issue we would tell you more truth then distortions”.
